Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using EmployeeForge (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

EmployeeForge provides an AI-powered workforce platform that lets you deploy AI employees, hosted microsites, CRM, analytics, and related tools. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) use the Service for anything illegal, (b) send spam or unsolicited messages, (c) infringe intellectual property, (d) attempt to breach or bypass security, (e) generate content that is harmful, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploits minors, or (f) resell the Service without written permission.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or generate ("Your Content"). You grant EmployeeForge a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service.

6. AI Output

AI-generated output may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing it, sending it to customers, or relying on it for business decisions. EmployeeForge makes no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI output.

7. Fees & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Prices and included usage are shown at checkout. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. See our Refund Policy.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to the Service or other users.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmployeeForge's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
