1. What We Collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, company info you provide.
- Content: prompts, files, microsite copy, CRM records, and AI output.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store only limited billing metadata.
- Usage data: logs, device/browser info, IP, and analytics events.
2. How We Use It
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional and (with consent) marketing email; comply with law; and prevent abuse.
3. Subprocessors
We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with providers under contract, including: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database & auth), Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Google (AI models & OAuth), and fal.ai (media generation).
4. AI Processing
Content you submit to AI features is sent to third-party model providers to generate a response. We do not sell your content, and we do not use your content to train foundation models.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and optional analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
Account and content data is retained for the life of your account. On deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., tax records).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data. Email privacy@employeeforge.com.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@employeeforge.com.
9. International Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where our subprocessors operate. Standard contractual clauses apply where required.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes are posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
