Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Email support@employeeforge.com with your account email and reason.

Renewals

Recurring subscription renewals are non-refundable after the renewal date. We recommend canceling before the next billing cycle if you no longer want the Service.

Usage-Based Charges

AI credits, media generation, and other usage-based charges are consumed at time of use and are non-refundable once consumed.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
